added http://www.fail2ban.org/wiki/index.php/MANUAL_0_8#Jail_Options to
the wiki page... does it fit the bill? let me know so I could close this
bugreport.
Feel free to contribute to Wiki -- fail2ban is after all a
community project, and anyone is welcome to contribute -- just
register/login/edit the wiki.
