xine-ui:/usr/bin/xine-check depens on libxine-dev:/usr/bin/xine-config
to find the right directories.
Choices to fix this:
< > Add Depends: libxine-dev
Con: Not needed, pulls in lots of other packages
< > Move xine-config to libxine1
Con: xine-config is for building other software and would give
out information about files from libxine-dev not installed.
< > Put parts of xine-config into xine-check.
Con: need time to fix that which I don't have at the moment.
