I am not sure. dh_installinfo is not currently changing the
octave3.0-info.{postinst,prerm} scripts. The "#DEBHELPER#" tags are
replaced by empty strings in
/var/lib/dpkg/info/octave3.0-info.{postinst,prerm}.
