What kind of monitors do you have? One on the DVI output right? Which resolution and refresh rate did you get before the upgrade? Do you have a way to open a terminal and run xrandr commands to see the available mode and switch to another one? Can you try adding: Option "Monitor-DVI-0" "Configured Monitor" to the Device section and: Modeline "1024x768_60.00" 64.11 1024 1080 1184 1344 768 769 772 795 -HSync +Vsync Option "PreferredMode" "1024x768_60.00" to the Monitor section?
