The manual page reads:


  SYNTAX
       dput [options] [host] [package.changes]

The HOST parameter is optional, but nowhere in dput(1) page it is
explained what happens if this parameter is missing.  If it uses that
first entry from /etc/dput.cf, please record that to the manual page.
