Hi,the files at http://www.debianart.org/cchost/?ccm=/media/files/si0ux/274 seem to be incomplete (try loading the SVG and it'll complain about the PNG for the logo being missing).
I've tried contacting the author, but haven't gotten any reply yet.
Unfortunately my gimp skills are poor or I could have fixed it myself :)If anyone feels like providing me with a fixed progress.png (see the source package), a fixed version of usplash-theme-debian should not take long to make.
