Package: usplash Version: 0.5.8-3 Severity: important usplash starts correctly and continues to display boot progress, however just after udev device population and detection it suddely goes away and is never shown back again.
I'm trying to figure out how to debug it, I've seen different approaches here and there. I'll post new findings on the issue here. Let me know if there's a particular place where I should be looking first. regards -- System Information: Debian Release: lenny/sid APT prefers unstable APT policy: (500, 'unstable') Architecture: powerpc (ppc) Kernel: Linux 2.6.24-1-powerpc Locale: LANG=es_PE.UTF-8, LC_CTYPE=es_PE.UTF-8 (charmap=UTF-8) Shell: /bin/sh linked to /bin/bash Versions of packages usplash depends on: ii debconf [debconf-2.0] 1.5.20 Debian configuration management sy ii initramfs-tools 0.91e tools for generating an initramfs ii libc6 2.7-9 GNU C Library: Shared libraries ii libusplash0 0.5.8-3 userspace bootsplash library ii usplash-theme-debian [usplash 4 Debian usplash theme usplash recommends no packages. -- no debconf information -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] with a subject of "unsubscribe".
