It is simpler to just setup the default listen_port to 1143 where the
server is set as "localhost".
If the user configured a remote server, ImapProxy would just work in
that case, as will with a local server.

Note that a running IMAP server is still needed for this to work.

We have unfortunately lost the ability to lauch imapproxy asynchronously
from the IMAP server... but I guess this is less confusing for end users.
