It does not really make sense. The package removed the script, so the
file you have is some obsolete and leftover file, I believe.
To get a complete list of obsolete files on your system, run
dpkg-query -W -f='${Conffiles}\n' | grep obsolete
I believe the correct fix is to purge the obsolete package.
