Hi Lior, I've looked at this bug, but I'm not sure about your analysis. All binary packages in opencv are arch-specific. Therefore, dependancy problems between packages from opencv are unlikely. In the log your pointed at, libcv-dev failed to satisfy its dep on libhighgui-dev, but that was probably for another reason. Also, without any change, it builds fine now.
