I run aptitude under gdb, manually set all upgradable packages into
proper auto state, put a breakpoint on:
pkgDepCache::MarkAuto(pkgCache::PkgIterator const&, bool)
and run update. Autoinstalled status has been unset and there was
no breakpoint hit.
