You could try to build the latest git (using http://wiki.debian.org/XTips) just in case, but in the end we will have to forward this on the upstream bugzilla (http://bugzilla.freedesktop.org). I didn't find any bug related to yours there. > 0: /usr/bin/X(xf86SigHandler+0x84) [0x80c2074] > 1: [0xffffe420] > 2: /usr/lib/xorg/modules/drivers//i810_drv.so [0xb7bb1f64] > 3: /usr/bin/X(AddScreen+0x1ed) [0x806f84d] > 4: /usr/bin/X(InitOutput+0x22e) [0x80a149e] > 5: /usr/bin/X(main+0x27b) [0x806ffeb] > 6: /lib/tls/libc.so.6(__libc_start_main+0xc8) [0xb7d70ea8] > 7: /usr/bin/X(FontFileCompleteXLFD+0xa9) [0x806f531] > > 0: /usr/bin/X11/X(xf86SigHandler+0x84) [0x80c2074] > 1: [0xffffe420] > 2: /usr/bin/X11/X(xf86_reload_cursors+0x70) [0x80f38f0] > 3: /usr/lib/xorg/modules/drivers//i810_drv.so [0xb7bc270c] > 4: /usr/bin/X11/X(xf86CrtcSetMode+0x26a) [0x80f2afa] > 5: /usr/bin/X11/X(xf86SetDesiredModes+0x132) [0x80f2e62] > 6: /usr/lib/xorg/modules/drivers//i810_drv.so [0xb7bc84cf] > 7: /usr/lib/xorg/modules//libxaa.so [0xb7a89d82] > 8: /usr/bin/X11/X [0x80ca48c] > 9: /usr/bin/X11/X [0x80d7878] > 10: /usr/lib/xorg/modules/extensions//libglx.so [0xb7c5e17f] > 11: /usr/bin/X11/X(xf86Wakeup+0x3d9) [0x80c37e9] > 12: /usr/bin/X11/X(WakeupHandler+0x65) [0x808c1b5] > 13: /usr/bin/X11/X(WaitForSomething+0x1b4) [0x81b07c4] > 14: /usr/bin/X11/X(Dispatch+0x81) [0x80882a1] > 15: /usr/bin/X11/X(main+0x489) [0x80701f9] > 16: /lib/tls/libc.so.6(__libc_start_main+0xc8) [0xb7d82ea8] > 17: /usr/bin/X11/X(FontFileCompleteXLFD+0xa9) [0x806f531] > Does not look the same backtrace at all to me. You might be experiencing 2 problems... It would be better to get backtraces with debugging symbols before forwarding upstream. You could rebuild the xserver-xorg-video-intel package (and probably xserver-xorg-core too) as described at http://wiki.debian.org/HowToGetABacktrace and try again. Or just build the latest git as I said above, it will get you debugging packages directly. We are on our way to put debugging packages in the archive (but xserver-xorg-core-dbg is waiting in NEW and xserver-xorg-video-intel-dbg hasn't been uploaded yet).
