Some people would close it saying "fixed in Xorg" so that the number of X bugs in Debian gets lower :) Some people would just document it as "fixed in Xorg but still open in Xfree86" and let the bug disappear when XFree86 gets removed from the archive. If you have a preference, fell free to do it. As long as it well documented here that the bug is fixed in Xorg, it's fine.
