Hi Dann, sorry for the delay: I haven't been able to keep up with this problem in the past few weeks. Anyway, here is the last post regarding this bug in exaile's BTS (in case you haven't followed it):

I fear this problem is more serious than I first thought. I will try to look for a solution to it when I have time (although I don't promise you much since I'm a bit out of schedule these days). Cheers, François
