Package: libcurl3-openssl-dev
Version: 7.15.5-1
Severity: normal

I'm not sure if I've phrased the subject quite right, so I shall
explain my particular circumstances: I had the cduce package
installed, which depends on libcurl-ocaml-dev, which depends on
libcurl3-gnutls-dev. I then wanted to build pinot (which is not
packaged) from source, but it requires curl-with-openssl. Hence, in
order to build pinot, I had to deinstall cduce.

That was my particular problem, but it seems to be caused by the
general problem mentioned in the title.
