I almost forgot about this bug.
I noticed that my wlan doesn't work and dug this bugreport up.
madwifi in Debian doesn't compile with 2.6.20.
The patch included in this bugreport does fix the compilation, but
does not actually make the driver work.
I got similar error message to
'wifi%%d: unable to attach hardware: '' (HAL status 3222512051)'
I needed the latest madwifi driver snapshot, which seems to work.
