Does it build when running in LANG=C? I can imagine that the expect match
for "ready to continue?" won't trigger correctly when running in French.
FWIW, I don't think locale-specific build failures should be RC, since none
of the buildds (nor pbuilder?) use anything but LANG=C. (Locale-specific
misbuilds should still be RC.)
