Package: libwmf-bin

Hello,
I find the package name libwmf-bin very confusing. Mostly, all packages
starting with lib
don't contain programs, or only accessory programs. However, this package
contains only
programs. Shouldn't it be named wmf-bin/wmf-tools or something of the like ?
