According to
  gcal -qDE_BA 11,
  gcal -qDE_BW 11, and
  gcal -qDE_RP 11,

All Saints Day (1st of November) is no legal holiday in Bavaria,
Baden-Württemberg, and Rhineland Palatinate, which is wrong. In all
these states, All Saints Day is a legal holiday, according to both
my printed 2006 calendar and

  http://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Allerheiligen

For the remaining 13 German states, gcal's information about
All Saints Day is correct.
