The reason, why I hesitate to implement this solution (debconf question
+ modifying /usr/share/services/kded/kdesvnd.desktop) is, that first of
all it's a Debian only solution, and second, it will break things like
debsums.
Maybe I found a more effective way to disable the dynamic context menu.
I uploaded the 0.10.0 version to my private repository [1]. It contains
a patch which removes the autoload property from the kdesvnd kded
service. This why you can disable the service in kcontrol under
KDE Components -> Service Manager -> Startup Services completely
(Uncheck the "Use" checkbox). And don't forget to stop the service if
it's already running.
If this method it more successful for disabling the dynamic context
menu, the kdesvn settings dialog could be changed for configuring this
setting from within kdesvn directly.
Please let me know, if that works for you and what you think about this
proposed solution.
