No, you should file a separate bug against swat, because the bug you're
describing shows no evidence of being related to the bug that 363523 was
filed for.
Ah - do you mean the bug 36523 was samba (presumably smbd) segfaulting
and not swat itself segfaulting?
Anyway, I've filed a new bug report (Bug#385400: Acknowledgement (swat:
SWAT segfaults when fiddling with printer settings)). Debugging symbols
for swat might be helpful. Could I recompile swat with debugging
symbols straightforwardly?
