Obviously, according to apt itself the version named here is uptodate w.r.t. the repository named[1].
Can you still reproduce this problem? I can't. Can you try to figure out what the circumstances were? What did you do just before that? Did you just add the mplayer archive to your repository? Did you run apt-show-versions as root after that?
