Hi, Seems Bastian is now maintaining this package and he upload 14.2 (not .3 yet) to experimental yesterday: https://dfsg-new-queue.debian.org/reviews/harfbuzz
I also see many commits on https://salsa.debian.org/freedesktop-team/harfbuzz/-/commits/master There is no collaborative Merge Request though, and the upload to experimental was done despite Salsa CI failing and lrc (if run manually or on Salsa CI) not passing, which the NEW team will obviously flag.
