Dear Maintainer:
After installing the latest chromium update (as far as I can remember), the new
tab page switched to the default search engine, fetching it each time I open a
new tab.
This cannot be changed in settings. I tried to change it to a blank page but
could do it only for startup, but not for new tabs.
Before the update, there was a blank page which did not go online
(customizable) on new tabs. It also showed the bookmarks tab which could be
automatically hidden when moving to other pages.
