Dear MIA team, My rationale for the ITS is as follow: 1) The maintainer's last upload dates from 2018-08-17. 2) NMUs were performed on 2020-10-28 and 2021-07-29. 3) There are pending patches on the BTS and merge requests on Salsa. 4) The maintainer hasn't acnowledged the NMUs or packaged newer upstreams. I therefore ITS src:openntpd and take over its maintenance. Best Regards, Martin-Éric
