Bug#1102742: eureka: it looks like eureka could be rebuilt against fltk1.4

Hi Alexandre and Aaron,

meanwhile, Eureka 2.1.0 has been released with support for building
against fltk1.4. However, I am a bit reluctant to go this way, because
of fltk1.4's impending removal from testing due to #1112923 and
#1114104. What's the status of these?
