Hello Hans,

you can choose to update thunderbird manually and then lost the plugin tbsync with its dependencies.

Then you lost the connection to the calendar at an Exchange-Server.

The packages are already uploaded to stable-proposed-updates.

Kind regards

Dear Maintainer,
the update of thunderbird can not be done, as the dependency to plugins in the
repo is not given.

IMO there is no reason, why thunderbird should not be upgradable, as the
plugins will not break it.

This is (as I believe) just a dependency-setting-problem in the repo and might
be easily corrected.

The packags which block the upgrade are "webext-dav4tbsync", "webext-eas4tbsync" and
"webext-tbsync".

Maybe you might want to take a look at this?

Thanks for reading and your help.

Best regards

Hans
