The short answer is yes. The ftbfs tag helps to avoid duplicates (because we typically use UDD to search for already existing bugs having the tag). However, this does not explain this particular duplicate... Moreover, I can build pagure just fine in bookworm, so I don't understand this line used by Lucas in this case: Tags: bookworm sid ftbfs Lucas: Did you use an old template for this bug? (when bookworm was the current testing). Thanks.
