OK, I've now moved the packaging to
   https://salsa.debian.org/debian/logtop/
and used
   Maintainer: Debian QA Group <[email protected]>

I added you to the repository and you can push any changes you consider
sensible.  Your cooperation is much appreciated.

For the moment the package looks ready for uploading and we simply wait for
the Trixie release.  Once this is released and uploading will be back to
normal I will do so (once some backlog is worked down).
