Yes I did go ahead and test the Debian Trixie Cinnamon Desktop Live CD and I went ahead and installed python-pampy 2.0.2-2. Python-pampy 2.0.2.2 is in the Synaptic Package Manager so I was able to find it and install it.
And yes it does work and it did load the Cinnamon Control Center without me having to install the python3-six. So yes this solution is a sensible work around/fix and yes it did get the Cinnamon Control Center working again.
