Hi, Shengqi Chen:

It looks like there is an ABI SONAME bump in 1.12.0, and it looks
like there are only two reverse dependencies in Debian (your package
reflect-cpp and pmacct).

If you want to prepare and upload an NMU and handle the transition for
reflect-cpp and pmacct, please go ahead. (Please send the draft NMU to
this bug report first and I will review it.) If you are interested I can
also move the package into https://salsa.debian.org/debian/ so it can be
collaboratively maintained, if you have any interest in co-maintaining
avro-c.

The NMU in experimental can be ignored per [0].
