The issue with wondershaper 1.1a-12 not working on recent kernel
versions would have been solved by upgrading to wondershaper 1.4.1, as
have been suggested in this bug. The latest wondershaper is not using
CBQ and works fine on Debian 12.

I'm asking to reconsider the removal of the wondershaper package and
instead upgrade to the latest upstream version.
