It was my fault (a "screen setting").
With a little bit of luck I found that dispwin shows an error (in
~/.xsession-errors).
I moved my ICC-profiles to another dir and the monitor looks nice
again.
I don't understand, why this happened yesterday and will
investigate some more time to find it out.
But at this time my "bugreport" can (should) be closed.
Thanks again for leading me into right direction.
