Package: dblatex
Version: 0.1.9-1
Severity: minor

As far as I know, under Debian it shouldn't be necessary to set
this variable, as the default XML and SGML catalogs should do.
You only need it, if you like to use local XML/SGML files, not
registered in the OS catalogs, right? Please remove the warning,
because it is confusing.
