Hi, This bug has been submitted on 2005-09-17 and a new mailgraph package has been uploaded on 2005-11-13. Unfortunately, the debconf templates have been modified, so the translation shipped with this bug is now out of date (it contains 1 fuzzy and 2 untranslated strings). There is no way to find that this translation need to be updated, unless to check manually the bug (what I'm currently doing).
As these bugs are trivial to fix, you should _always_ include the translation with the next upload. It avoid to discourage translators because of seeing their translations sleeping in the BTS and neglected by the maintainers. I also would like to mention the podebconf-report-po tool, which allow you to ask translators to update their translations before uploading the package.
