Hi Roman,

the situation with this package is a bit unlucky, as this upload was rushed before I was DD during the freeze.

During initial packaging I sadly messed up the correct source name of the package (which would be python-license-expression). The same is true for the package boolean.py (should be python-boolean.py).

I plan to change the source package name, this also explain why the Salsa links changed [1][2].

For boolean.py, there already is a upload to NEW [3]. After this transition, I will do the same for license-expression.

Packaging the new version is no problem and in fact even removes some (bundled thirdparty deps). The packaging is already done on Salsa.

Since I did not find anything particular useful in the policy regarding source package renames (they happened before, e.g. gtk4), I'm not sure if anything can be done here except waiting for a review from the ftp-masters (which should be quick once they read the changelog). I considered opening a bug against ftp.debian.org, but did not pursuit this. Feel free to do so.

Regards

Stephan
