I agree with Jochen that for Bullseye with just a binNMU should be enough. However, I would like to know if it's binary incompatible 1.12.5 and 1.12.10. Because, if the are compatible, maybe with just patch Ogre to have soversion with major.minor instead complete version should be more appropriated.

For that the ABI would need to be the same, let's test:
