There is probably some confusion here. The issue described by Christoph Anton Mitterer does not happen on a Debian Buster using Firefox ESR 78.9.0. I only see it on Debian Sid with Firefox 87.0. I have not tried older versions of Firefox yet, and do not remember if this is a new behaviour introduced by Firefox 87 or if it already happened since Firefox 85 and the original report that the loading failure was "fixed". I am quite sure I never saw that before the issue that triggered the current bug report.
