It cannot be fulfilled. buildd.debian.org claims it's BD-Uninstallable.

Well, it's obviously not working so the additional build dependencies that
were added manually are apparently incorrect in the sense that DAK/mini-DAK
is not able to cope with the "|" operator.
I would suggest using architecture fields instead, e.g. libc6.1-dev [alpha ia64]
and so on.
