python2.3-simpletal. Otherwise, a package depending on
python-simpletal >= 0.4.1 will not bring in
python2.3-simpletal 0.4.1-3 if 0.3.12 is
already installed on the system.
To fix this, use the following dependency:
python2.3-simpletal (>= ${Source-Version})
