Control: retitle -1 default config has too-low default memory size

I suggest we increase it to 512M. The default ought not to be the
smallest possible number. I guess this number hasn't changed.
(This is a trivial enough change that I regard my proposal above as a
"patch" for BTS purposes, hence the tag.)
Axel, I see this package has not had an update since last January.
Would you like me to do an NMU ? I would probably apply patches
from these bugs
#849867 default config has too-low default memory size
#842609 Inconsistent handling of --nopygrub parameter
#764625 no gateway in /etc/network/interfaces
(after double checking the source etc., which I have not yet done.)
Thorsten: I have retitled this bug to refer only to the bad memory
size, since this is what you have actually described in the body. If
there are other wrong values please file bugs about them.
