indicates that Vcs- fields in debian/control should point to the debian packaging. currently, logrotate has: Vcs-Svn: http://svn.fedorahosted.org/svn/logrotate/ This is the upstream svn, and it isn't clear that anything in that repo (tags, trunk, or branches) contains debian packaging. I looked for a debian packaging repository but found nothing (there's an empty CVS repo associated with https://alioth.debian.org/projects/logrotate/).
