Debian::Control::FromCPAN uses DhMakePerl::Utils and sometimes Debian::DpkgLists, so perhaps this belongs to dh-make-perl. No objections from me. As suggested by the names, the modules were intended to be usable outside of dh-make-perl. Debian::Control::FromCPAN is the only exception that I see. -- dam
