Regarding jdeb, I have been focusing on getting jdeb 1.4 packaged for Debian. It's ready for bc 1.51, and just generally, it would be nice to have a recent version of jdeb in Debian. The one piece I'm still looking into is how to get around a build failure with maven-plugin-plugin:3.3. jdeb 1.4 wants 3.4 for the java-annotations plugin and fails with: > [INFO] --- maven-plugin-plugin:3.3:descriptor (default-descriptor) @ jdeb --- > [INFO] Using 'UTF-8' encoding to read mojo metadata. > [INFO] Applying mojo extractor for language: java-annotations > [INFO] > ------------------------------------------------------------------------ > [INFO] BUILD FAILURE > [INFO] > ------------------------------------------------------------------------ > [INFO] Total time: 2.713 s > [INFO] Finished at: 2015-11-28T06:33:26+00:00 > [INFO] Final Memory: 15M/271M > [INFO] > ------------------------------------------------------------------------ > [ERROR] Failed to execute goal > org.apache.maven.plugins:maven-plugin-plugin:3.3:descriptor > (default-descriptor) on project jdeb: The API of the mojo scanner is not > compatible with this plugin version. Cheers, tony
