Forgot a bit: if people happens to need another dictionary not in debian
I personally welcome a bug against src:libreoffice-dictionaries,
preferably with a link to a maintained source, and I'll forward it to
the LO team upstream for inclusion. Otherwise just go and poke LO
directly, if you happen to know or have time to wander finding where to
file a bug there. :)
