control: retitle -1 [scribus] hyphenation depends on dicts file names

For the "newcomers" this is a regression in scribus cause by me removing all the hyphenation pattern bundled within the package, mainly due to unclear license. I worked through the last yeat to get src:libreoffice-dictionaries into debian, and managed to get it uploaded during the DebConf. After a handful of uploads I think it's now ready to use (=3 days without any new RC bug). It now features hyphen-es (and several others new languages, but ironically it drops hyphen-cs (always due to license issues, see https://bugs.documentfoundation.org/show_bug.cgi?id=93514 where I request to get it dropped from the package). Anyway, an hyphen-cs is still provided by an old package, and it'll still be there till I figure out something for it. Now there is another interesting problem, I didn't notice before (consider that I don't use hyphenation facilities) even if it was subtly pointed out in some bug message here: scribus hardcodes a language table and don't like most of the file names dictionaries have (e.g. it does not like 'it_IT' and wants only 'it'), otherwise it won't display in the preferences menu and it won't use it. I found a patch on the upstream bug tracker, rejected by them, to use those dictionaries, I tried including part of it, and it works great. For those languages which he can't associate the file name with an actual language it'll show the language code, I believe this is a good enough fallback. I welcome another bug for improving this bit. Finally I'd like to apologies for my behaviour with the OP: it was a somewhat bad period for me, trying to fit studying for the really near uni exams and finalizing more important changes to comply with the Jessie freeze :) I'm about to upload a package with the aforementioned patch, I'd welcome tests, and hope nothing will go wrong (it's not unbelievable a crash due to this).
