I think this won't be necessary. As far as I understand the problem is the ABI difference between Libav (in jessie) and FFmpeg (from deb-multimedia.org), while the package names/SONAMEs are identical. Since we're using FFmpeg in stretch, these problems shouldn't happen anymore in the future (unless dmo starts using Libav). Best regards, Andreas
