No, we're still on initramfs. Init system is still sysvinit for the
NFSROOT, not systemd.

In any case, I'd still argue it's a bug simply because the condition for
the mount command for devpts is flawed. Why should devpts be mounted if
it's already mounted? That doesn't really make any sense to me.
