Logging into the system while it is being installed. It worked with Wheezy, it stopped working with Jessie. On Wheezy, however, there is an error message shown which pops up just before logging is started to /tmp/fai/fai.log (which is why you will not find it in the log files but only if you look at the actual text console; it appears directly above the FAI logo with .nocolorlogo present in the NFS root).
