Just for reference, I was able to build ITK-SNAP using ITK4, GDCM and VTK6 directly from debian/jessie.
The only patch needed is at: https://sourceforge.net/p/itk-snap/bugs/85/ -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to [email protected] with a subject of "unsubscribe". Trouble? Contact [email protected]
